✅ Returns Eligibility

• You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

• The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in resellable condition.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Used essential oil diffusers or humidifiers (for hygiene reasons).

• Items damaged due to misuse or accidental damage.

• Gift cards or downloadable products.

💸 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong item, etc.).
